Just wanna know who is able to change the server totally ?

I spent a lot of time capturing regions and setting them up on this permanent war server, but some fool admin has deleted all of my progress. Some sort of admin tantrum I suppose. I thought I had finally found a good permanent war server for Windward, but apparently one does not exist. Stupidity like this is what drives people away from playing online....
