please put all the delta force games on sale one last time before taking it off the steam

Do people still play this game multiplayer?

Novaworld cc has been down for about 3 weeks. Hence I can't get into the game. However my friends said there is another lobby where there are 3 choice lobbies to use and they still manage to play. They sent me the zip file for the three lobbies, but I can't get them to function and replace the novaworld start up file. Any help on how to unzip this in my steam folder? I hope someone understands what I'm trying to ask. Thanks!...
