Thanks for all the initial reviews and feedback, I'm glad this app is helping so many people have a smooth VR experience.
In fact, OVR Dynamic Resolution already has over 670 unique users!

• Added a "Manual resolution" mode, replacing the "Pause resolution" toggle, pausing the automatic resolution adjustment and giving you a slider to manually adjust it directly from the app.
  
• Reworked the tray icon, showing the window on left click.
