Omega processor lab - look at the item on the pipes to the right of the input hopper. Pull the lever to get the matching item and drop it in the hopper.

Omega Core foundry - Drag lever on pipe down. Then click on the button that matches the symbol on the pipe (you can hit multiple buttons if you are fast before the pipe has fully retracted).

Omega Widget Distiller - Drag the widgets from the conveyor to the hopper on the right. Only drag the widgets, not the non-widgets. Fortunately this machine takes one of each type of widget so it has pictures of all the ones you want in the bottom right.

Omega Casing Factory - Hold lever on the right to the right to move the conveyor. Stop each item under the tool at the top middle. Drag that down to stamp the item underneath.

Omega Shielding Plant - Hold down the lever until the charge goes up to the green arrow. Don't go over. Don't go under.

Omega Project Assembler - Hit prepare casing lever first. Then hit the other three smaller buttons (I don't think order matters). Then Drag the charge shields control to the far right. Then hit the assemble button.
