Stuck on Free Version

After not playing for a while, I just reinstalled the deluxe edition and season pass, and the game is bugged. It says I only have the free version on version display. All of the battle/campaign buttons are greyed out and the editor doesn't have a start button. I have removed the free version my from my steam licenses. I have uninstalled/re-installed the game twice. I have uninstalled/re-installed the DLC through the steam properties menu. No matter what I do it does not work.

Let's try a full reinstall.

Uninstall the game normally through steam.

Then under Documents / My Games / Call to Arms rename the folder to Call to Arms.old

Then install the game and locate the install folder in the steam installs.

Right click the game exe and run as administrator.

Game was working until I tried to add workshop addons. What a bug and developers didnt fix yet after years and I guess never will fix it. I tried all tricks and still in useless free version when I buyed yesterday all game in one deluxe pack. Negative review and refund, I had enough, what a trash...
