weird stuttering lag in campaign
my FPS holds steady, ive turned graphics all the way down, all the way up, still get bizarre spikes of lag for no apparent reason.

I have a Geforce GTX 3070, 80 GB RAM, an AMD Ryzen 7 x2700

This game used to run fine for me, im not sure what it's beef is now
