WINDOWS 10 - NVIDIA
Some players with NVIDIA video cards and Windows 10 have experienced game crashes. If you are have this system configuration and your game is unstable after a few turns, we have implemented a renderer option that OpenGL rather than DirectX. From the Main Lobby screen, select the "Options" button. Under the Renderer heading, choose "OpenGL". Save and you should be all set.

We think Nvidia fixed this so it's no longer an issue.

Does it crash all the time?

It's likely not the same issue then. If you want us to look at the issue we'll need more information. I think a save game before the crash would be a start. You can send it to techsupport@factusgames.com.

Since installing a Nvidia card I've been unable to start the game. Running Win 10. I've tried reinstalling, verifying cache and using OpenGL and client process. The game loads to the 'Begin' page but when clicking the Begin button nothing happens.

Is it a brand new card? Are there any driver updates needed for your new card?
raymcd1956 10 Nov, 2018 @ 9:45am
It's a GeForce GTX 750 Ti, I've had it for about 3months but haven't tried to run MHTGW until now. The driver is bang up to date (as of yesterday).
