Early in the game, to the left of the first Synapse "tree", there is a save station with bones near it that you cannot pass through as you need the explosion from a yellow charge to break through. Only, I broke through it on accident.

Turns out, if you die while you have a yellow charge, you respawn with the remainder of the charge. I ended up respawning at that station and was close enough to destroy the bones. It looks like this might be a known issue as I was not able to pass through the doorway beyond the bones - it just stopped me with an invisible wall when I tried.

Hopefully a dev sees this. Been a really fun game overall! :)
