is anyone else having this problem in the game?

(SPOILER)
I'm 12% in the game and I've gotten to the part where Kong spots me in the building and tries to kill me
But for some reason, at the end of the chase, my game freezes up everytime and idk if anyone else is having this problem or just me?
i've tried restarting my Windows 11 laptop, doesn't work
i've even shut down my laptop, waited like a few minutes or hour then try again
i've even uninstalled it then reinstall it, nah. :/
the last thing I did was start all over from the beginning.
none of these have worked and i'm just wondering if anyone else is having this problem as well?

Is the loading just freezing

I had a problem like this in the games final chase when I beat it the loading wouldn't move and I couldn't even open the save file had to start over again

don't really know how to solve this but I saw tutorials on how to fix problems on this game like loading screens freezing on youtube so try checking that out
