Is there a way to multiple infinite or everytime just 1?

Only once. Like how would that work? Infinity resets your score so you start from zero after one.

And what would even be purpose of that?

to have more IP to use in Infinity upgrades

Infinities can be multiplied later on, but for a long time it is just one.
IP on the other gets boosted fairly early on, so getting massive amounts of IP for the upgrade tree is simple enough.

Once you have completed all infinity challenges, you can then "Break Infinity (on the same page / tab which will allow you to generate multiple infinity per run / reset. This quickly escalates the amount you can earn.
