Not without having an invasive anti-cheat system in the game.

We need more control. With the permissions click on it a tab opens up. We can check a box for different things. 1 for use of broom, 2 Use blackboard, 3 use build menu, 4 use perk points, 5 sign employs, 6 use cool person room computer, 7 pick up boxes. 8 control the doors. 9 use of the price-gun. 10 buy store/storage upgrades. This would help with dealing with trolls.

The team I know are aware of the problem, and a more granular permission system is planned. I just don't know when that will actually get worked on.
