This is the only thing I can find: https://www.instantkingdom.com/2020/04/testerswanted/
I will give you a warning to back up your game installation, as depending on your (monitor) setup, you may not like the new version.

Another dev who fell into the main pitfall of Unity: Vert- FoV scaling. Guess they never got any beta testers..
Major, major downgrade on my end due to my 21:9 monitor. At least I can still play the old build though, unlike most games using Unity or Unreal Engine 4 from the start.. Still can't believe these game engine companies are shipping their engines in a scaling method used for 4:3 monitors from 20 years ago.
We'd love to fix any and all problems you're having. We don't have an extra wide monitor, so we haven't had a chance to test on one. Can you tell us what you're having problems with? Is the dialogue screen too wide for you? Or is the default text size too big for you? There's an option for adjusting the text size, but we could also easily adjust the default size based on feedback.
We're going to release info about the new version really soon. We're still in the middle of the process of releasing the game and fixing all minor issues, so all hands full, but there will be more info when we can get to it.
Driftmoon Enchanted Edition is using a FOV scaling method that keeps the vertical field of view the same on all displays. Looking at the wikipedia page for field of view, it's called Hor+. I think it looks ok, now that I tested on a much wider screen. Perhaps what gave you the false impression is that by default the game is zoomed in a bit closer than the previous version. You can easily remedy that by zooming out via the mouse wheel.
I'm going to make the conversation view centered on the screen as soon as possible, thanks for pointing that out!
Linux version, a definite possibility. I don't know how well supported Linux is on Unity today, so we'd need to test on a different distros. If you'd like to test the game on Linux, mail me at ville@instantkingdom.com
