game 'speed unstable
just happened after turning "Vsync" on.

I had this issue on my steam deck. And it just straight up won't launch on my PC, while slowing it down to a crawl

Same thing happening to me. Game run about 50% faster or more when vsync is ON, and running with 20 fps and slow motion when vsync OFF.

Specs:
i5 8400
GTX 1060
