I've played the game many times now, but I've always refrained from a low persuasion character given the lack of alternatives offered by seduce and intimidate checks. Did the +patch eventually tip the scales slightly less to the former's favour? I don't want to lock myself out of juicy XP and rewards due to my checks not properly influencing people....

I've already run with UO several times but out of curiosity, I want to try the unpatched version of the game. Is there anyway to fix the automated graphics settings without manually capping my PC's memory?
