Security not doing there job.
When a criminal comes to the fence and try's to get in the guards don't run them off. Starting to wonder what i'm paying them for?

The security one does not even catch the graffiti artist, I think there should be an option to have at least 2 security for when you have the parking lot improved to the maximum that covers more area for both the thief and the graffiti artist
