PvP Balancing will never happen, just think, games like League of Legends and Dota got only around 4 skills per hero and it's even hard to balance, a game like this with 24 skills (12 in the bar) will never ever be balanced. Pvp will work only with max 6 skills, maybe less otherwise Pve all life...
