NCsoft / Amazon, you urgently need to create a channel that is easier to access and act upon to report cheaters who are taking advantage of Glich and/or cheat programs within the game! It wasn't in this Christmas event, it was in previous ones too, but this one, especially the 6 vs 6 Arena, they are abusing a glitch where players are entering the arena with the original character's HP 12/16k, impossible to kill him, I've already faced several an entire team, I tried to create a ticket to report them, but in vain there is no platform on the site or in the game where I can send a video link of these cheaters, and there are many people who are leaving the game because of them, I myself am inclined to leave, if these guys are not stopped, and it amazes me that NCsoft doesn't have a team in this game to take care of this like it was in the Lineage 2 era, but these guys are enough to discourage anyone in the game!
