Cant use controller for game, enters game start, says use left stick to move about, left stick doesnt work, controller only works in menus

Hello, after installing the game I have an error in which the executable is missing

So, I got helpful clarification on Discord that the the Steam Next Fest Demo; and the free Prelude that's been out for some time are totally DIFFERENT game-demo builds. They plan to eventually update the Prelude to the Next Fest demo's state (including I assume the additional Class), and then close the Next Fest demo at that point. strangely i was getting motion sickness with this game. when i moved around there would be this blur and judder effect, I tried all the settings and all have the same thing for me. If it was smoother i think it would be ok. apart from that this game is cool...
