I play on a 3090 and what helped is to limit the fps whereby it makes no difference if the limit is 90 or 60 fps. It helps a bit, sometimes I can play for hours without crash, sometimes just 15 or 30 minutes.

As far as I read through different comments the only really save solution for Nvidia users is to downgrade your driver to version 532.03.

I had the same problem, turning on vertical sync and switching to windowed mode without a frame helped, the game stopped crashing
