Quick PSA for if you have FPS issues
- Turn off reflections in Graphics Settings to increase FPS in areas with water (Paulownia Mall)
- Turn off/lower shadows in Graphics Settings to increase your FPS in Tartarus

If you game becomes blurry after fiddling with the settings, change the rendering scale (putting it to 200% worked for me, other options probably work as well)
