game isnt starting
i tried multiple times to install and restart but i get a still image where it says: game loading 100% but nothing happens

ive had the same image.
Have to restart my PC fully every time, and even then it doesnt always work.
Restarted steam, checked integrity of files, and reinstalled once human-various things work at various points and its not enough to say "ok this will always fix it"

Are you using a 13th/14th gen Intel CPU? They have major issues with UE5's shader compilation where you either need to underclock, disable E-cores, or update your BIOS

Maybe try this workaround for another crashing-during-loading issue? : Close the game (if open). Go to the installation folder ...\Once Human\Documents. Delete the following folders: baking_ppk, db_py3, and patch_ppk. Settings will be reset, and shaders and other files will be regenerated. After this, you should be able to get back on the server again.
