need help for launch the game

i click on start the game on steam the game launch but its say loading game but it look like it freeze there and nothing is happening

Try this workaround for related issue? : Close the game (if open). Go to the installation folder ...\Once Human\Documents. Delete the following folders: baking_ppk, db_py3, and patch_ppk. Settings will be reset, and shaders and other files will be regenerated. After this, you should be able to get back on the server again.
