Lost access to my own character?
Season one, never finished the tutorial - Now when I go to join the new season I cannot as I never reached Eternaland (the option is greyed out & says locked) and because at the end of last season I was wasn't ported there automatically.
I cannot remake the character as now the name is in use (yes, by me!) I cannot delete the character as It wont load into screen or scenario.

Have I just lost access to my own character & name?

They posted on discord about this issue, it said that you should contact support if this happened

are you sure its your account you signed into.. i mean.. were you on your own account at the time or your friends...

Which I did - and got some standard reply about accessing it from Eternaland, completely ignoring that i said that for me it was locked & i couldn't go there.
