I saw the ability to build soup kitchens, saw the potential for a new king upon the throne of Gangster Sims and it fell so short. Nothing tops Gangsters: Organized Crime and Gangsters 2. The X-com style combat is poorly done and would be bad enough in itself if the management sim aspects weren't so bland, forgettable, and half done. Imperium Romanum is great or was, still is lol i mean the Emperor DLC could use some balance cuz one deity is OP whiel others are kinda UP Gangland is real time, i guess you can pause if you are with AI or starcraft 2 style, why isnt that on steam hmmm
