Report a translation problem
The only exception to this is the tilting platforms on the space level. These platforms do not hang, but instead will slowly start to tilt. You can keep your traction on these even at extreme angles, so traversing them can be quite simple: Look ahead to see where to next platform will be (ex: before jumping on #1, look where #2 is), jump on the platform and roll to the *opposite* side as the next platform, let it slowly tilt and give you a ramp to climb/jump to the next one.
