The tilting platforms
In the sky level there are these tilting platforms, is there a trick to these, it seems almost impossible

With all tilting platforms the best strategy is to spend the least amount of time on the platform as possible. Jump to the first one, and as soon as you land start jumping to the second. If you wait any longer than half a second, the platform will tilt too much and you'll lose your orb.

The only exception to this is the tilting platforms on the space level. These platforms do not hang, but instead will slowly start to tilt. You can keep your traction on these even at extreme angles, so traversing them can be quite simple: Look ahead to see where to next platform will be (ex: before jumping on #1, look where #2 is), jump on the platform and roll to the *opposite* side as the next platform, let it slowly tilt and give you a ramp to climb/jump to the next one.

Cheers
I know what you mean. Took me forever to get past that point. Its the hardest spot in the whole game. I don't know how I will.ever get the achievement IMPOSSIBLE with that there. Not without driving myself insane lol

I'm stuck here as well. It seems impossible. I'm wondering if the jump settings have been changed since the game was released. The ball has to land and it takes a second before the jump works again. The Optimist Prime said if you wait any longer then half a second you will fall. But you cannot simply spam the jump button. You have to wait on the platform for jump to recharge. Thus im wondering if the jump used to be instant and spammable or if the tilt was originally slower on the platforms

While I am late to this particular party, a simple way to get over the 4 tilters is to instead get over 2. In the Sky level, use the two on the left side. Go back, get a running (rolling?) start and three jumps will get you to the other side. It does take practice, but is simpler to achieve IMO.
