I have completed 100% when it was released. With all the updates does it worth playing again? Anything changed worth looking it up again?

Also I won't buy Miles Morales until they release 50-60% discount. Doesn't worth for a "Should've been a DLC" game.

Lots of reports of the game crashing and having terrible optimization and seeing as you are not allowed to discuss it without first buying the game, I would like to know how true this is.
