I think i have fix the communication error issue
Hey there! I was struggling to understand why I couldn't play online. The issue first appeared after a fresh install of Windows 11 24H2, so I reverted to version 23H2, but the error persisted. I then checked my network adapter's driver in the Device Manager and noticed it was a version from 2021. I searched my motherboard's driver page but found the same outdated version. So, I decided to search directly for the latest driver on the official website for my Intel Gigabit Network Adapter L211. Although it took a bit to find, I noticed that Intel offers a package that includes multiple network adapter drivers, and after reading the lengthy description, I found that my model is included.

To install it, I downloaded the .zip file, extracted it to a folder, and then followed these steps:

- Open **Device Manager** and go to **Network adapters**.
- Locate my Ethernet adapter, right-click, and select **Uninstall**.
- Use the **Search for new devices** option at the top, right-click the network adapter again, and this time select **Update driver**.
- In the new dialog, choose **Browse my computer for drivers** and click **Browse** to locate the folder with the extracted files.
- Make sure to enable the **Include subfolders** option, then click **Next**.

And voilà! That solved the issue for me.

I'm very glad it worked for you; keep us updated. Unfortunately, it didn't work for my friend.

This actually worked for me, after trying everything. Thank you so much. I can't guarantee it'll work for everyone but definitely give this a try!

What version of Windows do you have? I think it's also a problem with W11 24H2
I have the same problem, I updated my network drivers to the latest version unfortunately it didn't work for windows 11 24h2 (in my case I have a Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Family Controller updated to version 10.73. 815.2024), before updating everything was working perfectly never a disconnection, let's hope for the best

Maybe you can see if there's an bios update in your case, also try to "optimize" your network adapter that might help.

unfortunately I have the latest BIOS update updated to October 2024, the thing that bothers me is that on Windows 11 23h2 everything was fine.. I will not reinstall Windows for a game
There is no real fix for this bug.... they coded the game like 2nd graders lmao
