Hello! So for some reason when I exported the show with the 3D model, the video just shows flashes of black and then the barge model. But when I play the preview in the app, it works totally fine. Could you fix this please? Thanks!

when i launch the game, it takes me to the demo scene, but after it generates thumbnail effects it closes back to the desktop, i have tried EVERYTHING and searches everywhere online and still can't find a solution

Hi, Bought the sim last night and played it for a couple of hours and closed it. A little bit later rebooted it back up and the game wont start. The splash screen comes up and the website pops up, but no actual windows icon on the taskbar. I checked task manager and it stays at 0% for the cpu. Went to the error.txt in "Documents" and I'm left with this error every single time.
