Edit: I've changed my mind on some of these points -- I wrote this before I found out that a planet's lunchbox drop rate only decreases when one drops . Since writing this, and especially since the latest patch (2.0.2), farming Lunchboxes and min-maxing cooked food isn't really necessary, so many of my points are moot. Since I had the galaxy completed, I tried Cataclysm and none of my food provided buffs at the start of the new system. I accumulated enough Candy to unlock Cooking on the ascension tree. Food buffs still did not work. I created some Stygian Chocolate but it had no affect on Wasp damage....

So I ascended once so far but now I defeated Tethys but when I received the reward exp the screen didn't fade out and the progress started rising rapidly. I am up to wave 14339/20 now. Forfeiting also didn't work since I had already won, I managed to get back to my base but now whenever I select ANY conquest on the map, be it Tethys or another one the game freezes up and stops responding. I haven't tried ascending to fix it yet so I can share the save file....

Its annoying AF. Please fix it. If its a new feature, then I hate it.
