Can someone help, I installed the game, but everytime i try launch it it just opens the steam opening app box and then it disappears. Anyone got any idea how to fix this?

I’m not kidding, I excitedly bought the full bundle (my second copy of this great game) and the port seemed great up until I put my laptop on airplane mode, the way it’ll be used whenever I bring it to locals. The game doesn’t launch offline. Refunded. SNK lost my money that I was thrilled to hand over because they have made the game effectively useless for me....
