Game won't launch[FIXED]
Hi everyone, My game wont launch after just installing it. It opens to a black screen and then closes without warning. The details of my pc are listed below, and here are steps i've taken to try and fix the problem:

1) opened the EA app and turned off overlay
2) verified the install integrity in steam
3) removed the EA app, then relaunched the game (which installed a fresh copy of the EA launcher)
4) Restarted the computer (of course)
5) asked it nicely
6) was mean to it
nothing seems to work.

I have an AMD RYZEN 7800X3D processor
paired with an Asrock phantom Radeon 7900 XT GPU
32GB of DDR5 crucial pro ram (i think with 40-40-40 or 42-42-42 timing)
on an MSI X670 tomahawk board
running windows 11

UPDATE....
THE FIX THAT WORKED FOR ME:

of course verify the integrity of the files through steam, maybe even clear the cache or reinstall the EA app, but the thing that worked for me was to disable all the startup programs in task manager and restarting the PC. now, for whatever reason, the game is booting and running normally. This is so outlandish to me because there is nothing in my startup items that I could think of that would cause a conflict with the game.

Same here, will not launch at all.
I really just don't know what to do at this point. I am playing on EA play but I want to play the actual game sometime soon....
Here too, has not started since yesterday. The same symptoms.
Same issue on Steam Deck. Worked for a few weeks but suddenly it stoppen working. Tried Proton 7 but didn't work.
are they even trying to fix it?
I wrote a message to the support. Now we have to sit and wait
I recently upgraded to Windows 11. It ran fine after a few weeks but I am now experiencing the same problem. The upgrade may have broken the game.
I was able to repair it by myself. I just let the SD check if there are some files broken. After the checking I was able to reinstall the EA app and the game launched.
What is this annoying ♥♥♥♥ now...need to start via ea app than it works but not from steam? More and more problems since Win10 and I will not understand why I need 2 launchers for 1 game...same for the Ubi-Joke. I also didn't understand why a lot people complaining about EPIC...I have a lot less problems there in years!
i'll have to try to launch the game specifically from the EA launcher then...idk something tells me that wont work either but we will see
UPDATE: This did not resolve the issue. I am going to try to write EA myself now..

I've done that, though I am a little confused what you mean by sd check? I ran steams verify install integrity and reinstalled the EA app. Niether worked for me.
I still haven't nailed down the issue as of yet, working with support on this problem. My PC is hooked to an OLED TV and anytime I launch the game, the tv screen seems to loose its signal and the tv shows the default screen that appears when no source is detected. I am wondering if something weird is happening in the HDMI handshake when the game launches. Has anyone tried playing with the picture settings to ensure compatibility?
