What program was used to make this game?

I'm just curious if it was made on a visual novel website like Cloudnovel or some other visual novel maker, or if it was like, hand coded haha. there seems to be a lot of interesting mechanics in this game and i was just wondering how it was made :P

RenPY is better for VNs, cuz it was created for it. RenPY is easier and requires less coding
In RPG Maker you can make nice battles, so it's better for RPGs?

RPG Maker is for RPGs, while RenPY is for Visual Novels
