just need turn off the option ea overlay in the ea launcher and works

I have a problem here, I changed the controls by accident and now I can't play with a controller. I tried changing the controls in some system file, but it doesn't work.

Yeah it doesnt really work on controller sometimes i get disconnected connected.. have you turned on Steam controller support?
