If you're having issues with the in-game controls, please make sure that there are no other Peripherals connected to your system such as additional Controllers, Racing Wheels, Joysticks, and VR Headsets, as these may affect the in-game controls.

If you're playing the game with a Controller, please note that Detroit: Become Human officially supports PS4 and Xbox Controllers and you should not use any third-party software (Ex: DS4 Windows/Steam Controller Support) to try and make these controllers work with the game. That said, we cannot guarantee compatibility with other off-brand controllers.

If you're having difficulty using a Controller, please make sure your controller has a wired connection to the system via USB Cable, as Wireless connections (Ex: Bluetooth) are known to cause some issues.

- Here's how to generate a DxDiag file:

Step 1: Click the Windows button in the lower-left corner of your desktop, or press the [Windows] key on your keyboard.
Step 2: Type in “DxDiag” in search/run and wait for results to appear.
Step 3: Launch the DxDiag.exe application.
Step 4: The DxDiag will start running automatically. Wait for it to finish.
Step 5: Press “Save All Information”.
Step 6: Choose the directory in which you want to save the file.
Step 7: Name your file and save it as a Text File (.txt).
Step 8: Click “Save”.
Step 9: Finally attach the file you just saved to the email.
