How do you change the key of your song in the recent .5 update?

So I'm seeing a strange incidence with the program, I'm not quite sure if it's a bug or I'm misunderstanding the Snap feature. I started a work in progress song and saved it for a rainy day to work on later (it's worth mentioning my favorite Snap mode to use is 16th notes, and pretty much only work in that setting). Sorry if that isn't really the right term as for I don't know much about music yet but how do you make note longer/shorter?

I believe I found a little bit of a bug. Pressing ctrl - will zoom out, but ctrl + does not zoom in anymore. It used to, but the shortcut is not working. I cannot find a button in the program with the same function to return it back to its original sizing, and closing the program not only keeps the size from when I closed it, but it does not restore the ctrl+ function either.
