License key is now missing, dropped back to basic account
My license key is now missing. My account is now back at demo level. I still show as having all of my DLC, including FGU ultimate upgrade. My steam account and FG accounts are linked. What do I do to fix this?

Make sure your account login with FG is working and in the client game. You can goto FG and lookup what your key value is and reinstall it.

If you bought the game on steam, you can click the button in your library to see your key. If syncing Smiteworks/Fantasygrounds and Steam doesn't work, try adding the key manually in settings.

If all that fails either jump on to discord to get community support, or email support, they are usually really fast to respond.

PS: If steam and fantasygrounds sync'ed correctly, it should all just work for you, like D&D magic.
