Lost my fall guys progress due epic games link

Hey, I bought fall guys 2 year ago, I just wanted to play with my fall guys account on my nintendo switch, but I can't. So I tried to link my steam account to my epic games account, and what happened is that every time I try to play fall guys (even on steam) it joins with my epic games fall guys account (with 0 progress). I already tried to unlink the steam account to the epic games account but i still can't get my fall guys steam account progress back. I'm actually sad, because I just wanted to play it on my switch with the steam progress and this is what happened. Help pls 🙁

i also just download EPIC ,redownload STEAM m ask for link , no longer my old profile

If you launched it on Epic before steam the profile will reset. Mine did that as well yesterday But i wrote to fall guys and sent them my ingame Id. They fixed it 2 hours later

I had the same problem. Luckily it took under 8 hours for them to fix it.

This link didnt take me anywhere, is there a better direct link? i lost all my progress and want my steam as primary

They changed the way support works for Fall Guys. I think now it's made through Epic Games.
