1. Install HF patch, it's free (patreon tips are totally optional), though big.

2. Install HF patch (just run the installer's exe and follow instructions).

3. Run male character editor.

4. Drag-and-drop female character's card into character editor's window.

5. Save your new futa protagonist.

6. Have fun.


You can do this for npc girls too btw - just go into female character editor - go to "body" tab - uncensors - select male genital uncensor (they will still use only female sex animations though).

I just starting having this same problem, worked fine until recently i dunno what changed, did u fix it?

It should work (if HF patch is properly installed).

Try reinstalling hf patch if you have problems.

The above comments are really solid, but I just want to add that by default this isn't supported in the base game, and is only achievable through mods.

I think as of the most recent patch, you can just make them right from the male creation screen. no need to drag and drop a female character into saves. It's still a tiny bit jank but it's improving.

You need to go to the general section in the body tab and go to where it says censors. Then select a different one than none and it will appear.
