Buy it on sale, for $15. Or don't. It's not worth it for $15 just to play the SP and maybe a few minutes of Spec Ops. You're better off just getting MW2:R from Bnet and installing mods to play it offline and have access to survival and Spec Ops. While MW2:R is $18~ "on-sale" and only has the SP by default, it runs and looks better than this version and on top, again, you have mods like survival and most Spec Ops missions too. It also has some other mods like Flappy Bird. This version doesn't have Flappy Bird, so you already know which version wins.
